9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order, provided services have not been consumed or initiated.
In case of defective or unsatisfactory service, users may raise a complaint within 30 days of availing the service.
For services already commenced, refunds may be prorated based on work completed.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
